Meet The Team
Tama Robson
Tama is a senior HSEQ and leadership specialist with over 20 years’ experience across military, mining, oil & gas, rail, manufacturing, logistics, agri-business, education, and Indigenous organisations.
He is known for challenging poor leadership behaviour, simplifying complex systems, and helping organisations move beyond compliance into genuine accountability and learning.
Tama believes strong leadership is demonstrated through behaviour, not statements, and that people perform best when they know they matter.

The “i” represents individual accountability and leadership. Culture changes when people at every level take responsibility for how work is done and how others are treated.
The “8” reflects balance and continuity, reinforcing the need for leadership, behaviour, and systems to work together consistently.
